For an important client in the leisure industry, we are setting up a nurture program aimed at targeted and potential holiday-home owners and property management companies across Europe and beyond. The program will utilize various communication channels including direct mail, social and digital advertising, email, telemarketing, and digital selling.
We are seeking an Outbound Telemarketing Agent with French language skills to provide telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing, and lead development through multi-channel and tele-only strategies. Tele-only activities will involve 1:1 outreach and follow-up via phone and email.
As an Outbound Telemarketing Agent, you will become a product expert and represent the company's voice, creating a positive first impression and delivering a world-class experience to new prospects.
This role suits individuals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and capable of exceeding expectations. You should enjoy initiating conversations with prospects over the phone and building relationships.
What you will do :
* Conduct tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing, and lead development.
* Implement multi-channel and tele-only outreach strategies, including 1:1 phone and email follow-ups.
* Engage with a variety of new business contacts, including holiday-home owners and property managers.
* Become knowledgeable about our products and offers, and learn effective communication strategies to convey their value.
* Clearly articulate business drivers and benefits to position our products/offers as strategic advantages.
* Participate in regular team meetings and proactively share ideas and suggestions for improvements.
What you bring :
* Proficiency in French (verbally and written).
* Strong English skills to navigate the system and understand training and team communications conducted in English.
* Excellent customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills.
* Strong verbal communication and listening skills over the phone.
* Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and propose solutions.
* Creativity and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
What You Need :
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and online resources.
* Proven experience in outbound telemarketing and demand generation.
Preferred (Not Required) :
* 1-3 years of B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric roles.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft or Outreach is a plus.
