The Stoke Brands Co (Stoke Travel, Barcelona Boat Party, Surf Camps & Festivals) is looking for a commercially driven Revenue & OTA Performance Manager to own and optimise our performance across online travel agencies.
You will be responsible for driving bookings, improving visibility, optimising pricing, and increasing profitability across platforms like:
* * Hostelworld
* Expedia
* GetYourGuide
* Airbnb etc

What You’ll Own
You will take full responsibility for the performance of our OTA distribution channels.
This includes:
* Revenue Optimisation
* Dynamic pricing adjustments based on demand, seasonality and events
* Monitoring ADR, occupancy, margin and booking pace
* Identifying underperforming markets and improving conversion
* Testing cancellation policies and pricing strategies
OTA Ranking & Visibility
* Improving listing performance and search ranking
* Optimising photos, descriptions, and content
* Monitoring review scores and implementing improvement strategies
* Analysing competitor positioning
Data & Performance Analysis
* Tracking conversion rates and booking trends
* Building simple performance reports and dashboards
* Identifying growth opportunities and inefficiencies
* Making data-driven recommendations to leadership
Channel Strategy
* Evaluating commission impact and channel mix
* Supporting direct booking growth strategy
* Recommending distribution adjustments based on profitability
You will work closely with operations, marketing, and finance — but you will own results.
You Are
* Highly analytical and commercially minded
* Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets
* Obsessed with metrics and performance
* Naturally curious about how platforms rank listings
* Confident making pricing decisions
* Independent and proactive
Bonus points if you:
* Have worked with / Hostelworld / Expedia extranet
* Have experience in revenue management, e-commerce, or distribution
* Understand hospitality, travel, or event-based businesses
