Summary
You will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, building genuine relationships and converting them into long-term revenue opportunities. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on operational and product issues and advocate for clients internally to promote new products and growth.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and foster relationships with up to 200 client accounts in your region.
2. Build deep relationships and guide clients through their experience journey.
3. Train clients on Deel processes and platform navigation.
4. Drive product adoption and growth discussions, emphasizing Deel’s value.
5. Strengthen relationships, solve challenges, and reduce churn.
6. Act as a mini project manager to understand client needs and build solutions.
7. Collaborate with growth and support teams to help Deel expand.
8. Share client insights with Revenue and product teams.
Qualifications
* Fluent in French and English.
* 1-3+ years in customer-facing roles, support, operations, or customer success.
* Ability to prioritize high volumes of requests.
* Experience in startups, payroll, consulting, investment banking, or private equity preferred.
* Strong relationship-building skills, calm under pressure.
* Data-savvy with ability to draw insights from complex data.
* Self-motivated, growth-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Proven track record of achievement and impact.
* Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
