Engineer – Maintenance Manager

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll protect reliability, elevate standards, and lead the technical excellence that powers our factories.
Responsibilities
* Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for production assets, ensuring safety and quality without compromise.
* Operate hands‑on on the shop floor to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
* Analyze failures, identify anomalies, and transform data into reports and continuous improvement actions to strengthen maintenance strategy.
* Manage maintenance operations through CMMS, ensuring compliance with operational standards and coordination with production and technical teams.
* Motivate, coach, and develop technicians, providing technical guidance and on‑the‑job training to elevate team capability.
Qualifications
* University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Additional technical specialization in electromechanics, industrial electricity, automation, or mechatronics is a strong plus.
* At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading technical teams.
* Comfortable performing hands‑on work during machine breakdowns.
* Proven PLC programming experience (Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation), strong command of IEC 61131‑3 (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text).
* Knowledge of filling machines, mixers, CIP systems, case packers, end‑of‑line equipment, heat exchangers, and industrial refrigeration; food production experience highly valued.
* Experience with preventive/predictive strategies, RCM methodologies, and CMMS tools (SAP PM, Maximo, GMAO).
* Analytical, structured problem‑solver with proactive communication.
* Fluency in Spanish; B2 level of English (written and spoken).
