As a Digital Product Owner, you'll take ownership of a key domain within a multi‐domain mission, delivering a high‐impact product, turning vision into execution. Working alongside other Product Owners, you'll play a key role in delivering one of our most impactful products, shaping how it comes to life for customers and the business.
What you'll be doing
Own the product backlog and priorities for your domain, driving clarity and focus.
Collaborate with other Product Owners to align across the broader product ecosystem.
Partner closely with engineering, UX, and data to discover, define, and deliver high‐value solutions.
Break down complex problems into actionable stories and milestones.
Empower your squad to deliver efficiently, fostering autonomy and accountability.
Ensure the product experience is customer‐centric, cohesive, and ready for launch.
Communicate progress and trade‐offs clearly with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional partners.
What you'll bring to the team
Proven experience launching a new product from scratch.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage complexity across multiple business areas.
Strong analytical mindset – using data to prioritise, measure and learn.
Excellent communication skills – able to adapt from senior leadership to engineering teams.
Deep understanding of customer experience and user‐centric design.
Comfortable leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, research, product impact and create high value.
Drive innovation by identifying and applying new methods, tools and approaches to increase squad productivity and delivery speed.
Track record of working effectively with UX design, UX research and engineering.
3–5+ years' experience and understanding of IT development processes.
Airline, travel or customer retention experience is a plus.
