With cutting‐edge technology, cross‐functional collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities, you’ll have the space to grow your expertise and shape the next chapter of our digital journey — reporting directly to the D&T Chapter Lead.**Your key responsibilities**The Digital functional experts in this cluster will focus on designing, building, and maintaining compliance solutions for product and ingredient management.* Together with product development and compliance teams across our businesses, to understand new opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and desired capabilities, understand the value to dsm-firmenich and provide constructive challenges where appropriate.* Accountable for executing technical solution design considering customer & user experience, target audiences, data modelling and relationships. This includes integration implications with other internal and external platforms, functional logic, etc.* Owns and manage the performance and support of key applications and empower the support team.* Be accountable for technical development of new and improvements of existing applications as part of projects, ensuring coordination with other team members.
