Job Description
We are looking to hire a Sales Director to join our team in Madrid, leading the Hygiene Business in Spain, reporting to the Managing Director.
This person will focus on accelerating the growth and goals achievements in Spain, leading their own team of 4 direct reports and full salesforce of around 40 people and growing the team in case it’s needed.
Main responsibilities
The Sales Director will:
- Create, define and implement the commercial strategy of the company, working with the General Manager
- Define business objectives and KPIs, then design strategies to achieve them, with the Team
- Starting from the needs and consumption habits of potential customers, establish pricing policies, sales conditions and channels, adapting the policies of the company in terms of products and markets to the local area
- Identify business opportunities, then promote synergies between customers and companies for greater productivity and customer satisfaction
- Direct the Sales activities of the Region
- Manage and supervise Sales Managers and a full salesforce, on top of designing and implementing the structure of the commercial department, while working on minimising the turnover
Qualifications
Main requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Management role;
- previous experience and responsibility on a high budget and Sales results;
- previous experience leading a Sales Managers and Salesforces;
- previous experience in Sales strategic management and KPIs definition;
- Fluent Spanish and English;
- Bachelor’s Degree/MBA (Economics or BA preferred but not essential)

- Pragmatic and capable of turning concepts into actions;
- Capable of creating a strong communication channel with the different areas of the Company;
- Advanced Office User;
- Previous experience in Service Companies is a plus
