**Your Impact**:
We are looking for a Lead Tech Recruiter to help build out Engineering & Product recruitment practice. This is a high-impact role, partnering with our technical and business teams to drive our talent acquisition strategy. This will be an instrumental role in keeping Whalar a global leader in the Influence space.

**Experience**:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of engineering positions and teams, ideally from both and agency and corporate environment.- Must be able to speak and write english well.- Experience hiring complex technical positions and a passion for understanding at least the basics of what your hiring teams are working on (must have).- Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company. ideally at a software company or start-up.- High attention-to-detail and ability to juggle multiple reqs- Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think three steps ahead- Working knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse a bonus!) and recruiting technologies
