Are you our new CRM Delivery Manager?
Norwegian is looking for a commercially oriented CRM Delivery Manager to join our CRM / Marketing & eCom department. Our team works with CRM campaigns and communication strategies, as well as collaborating with our Marketing and Sales departments. This position is located in our modern offices in Barcelona.

In this role, you will be responsible for :
* Implementation and operationalization of customer segments, predictive models, and triggered-based communication.
* Creating strategies and tactics aimed at increasing customer engagement and value through multi-channel, targeted communication.
* Analyzing customer data and CRM communication results. Drawing and presenting conclusions and recommendations in the form of presentations and workshops.
* Building and evaluating business cases.
* Managing the annual, quarterly, and weekly campaign calendars, and activity levels for Norwegian and Norwegian Reward.
* Team management.
* Project management.
You are our ideal candidate if :
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a consultant in the CRM area.
* 2+ years of experience in team management.
* Advanced skills in analytics and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Outstanding ability to draw conclusions and present them understandably to people without expertise in the area.
* Excellent command of English (written and oral).
* Commercially and analytically oriented, proactive in using data to improve results.
