Location
The role can be based at our location in Bönen or Frechen (Germany), in Madrid (Spain), or in Agrate Brianza (Italy). The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning.
* Professional communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Optimization of routes and transport to reduce freight costs and ecological footprint.
* Provide support in ensuring and coordinating stock availability.
* Proactively work to maximize service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Proactive work around departmental and personal targets.
* Part of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize logistics across Europe.
Qualifications
* Relevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context.
* Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in German at native speaker level and good communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact.
* Team player with a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
* Competence in using logistics, order management, and planning systems.
