▪In alignment with the Head of B2B Sales define and implement sales strategy to sustainably grow the traditional ERT channel (national and regional buying groups), increase market share and ensure Miele’s premium presence at the POS
▪Maintain strong relationships with national and regional buying groups
▪Ensure the implementation of Miele’s strategy in accordance with legislation, company policy, procedures and quality standards
▪Coordination role: work closely together with the field sales team to implement Miele’s strategy in thetraditional ERT channel
▪Represent Miele within the assigned territory (Central Spain, Madrid and nearby provinces) as a Sales Representative for the traditional electrical retail channel
▪In the assigned territory, plan, execute, and monitor all commercial activities at POS in alignment with Miele’s sales strategy
Operational Roles
▪Maintain a close relationship with national and regional buying groups in the traditional electrical retail channel (ERT)
▪Monitor Miele’s turnover and results in the channel and implement promotional and commercial actions
▪Understand the opportunities within the channel, monitor Miele’s presence and maximize our growth opportunities
▪Work closely with internal stakeholders in order to provide best in class service to our ERT customers
▪Build a robust relationship with key contacts, be a team player, and work closely together with the sales team to deliver excellent results
▪As field sales rep monitor customer turnover and ensure premium product presence and optimal mix at POS
Your Profile
▪Bachelor/Master preferred (Marketing, Business Administration)
▪5+ years work experience in retail & sales management
▪Strong experience working with buying groups or key accounts
▪Commercial experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in durable premium or tech products
▪Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, motivation and goal orientation
▪Excellent relationship building and networking skills
▪Ability to understand and communicate Miele’s commercial strategy
▪Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English
▪Ability to travel nationally to visit buying groups and dealers
