Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Engineer in Spain .We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Success Engineer to join a fast-growing team and help enterprise customers fully leverage an innovative AI-driven security automation platform. This role combines technical expertise with a strong customer-centric approach to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient problem resolution, and proactive support. You'll be responsible for developing impactful solutions that align with each customer's business needs, providing ongoing consultation, and enabling adoption and expansion of the platform's capabilities. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with US business hours.Accountabilities :
Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and architect customized solutions using the platform's workflowsDeliver training, technical workshops, and roadmap discussions to ensure customer enablement and satisfactionAct as a trusted advisor, communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersContinuously monitor customer feedback, identify potential issues, and provide component-based solutionsHelp manage and prioritize technical incidents and support requestsPartner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to share customer insights and contribute to platform enhancementsRequirements5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or similar roles within B2B SaaS environmentsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiencesExperience working with enterprise customers, including conducting on-site or remote meetingsProficient in scripting languages (e.G., Bash, Python) and working with APIsSolid understanding of cybersecurity environments;
