About The Position
The Centre invites applications for the position of Project Officer to support the implementation of applied research and knowledge exchange projects, in particular a citywide water conservation project that targets high-consumption users in both the domestic and the non-domestic sectors.
The appointee will assist with logistical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for participant registration and managing follow-up communications
Coordinate fieldwork schedules with participating sites and other external parties
Maintain project records, including participant agreements, inventories, and data logs
Support outreach activities and project-related events
Conduct desk research
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications And Requirements
A recognised Bachelor's degree or above
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including MS Word and MS Excel)
Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese
Attention to details; Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
