About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of game-changers as an Engagement Manager in Malaga (on-site). As part of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, and opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboarding ISVs into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, and opportunities and setting up engagement expectations.
* Activating technical consultations and Go-To-Market Planning sessions.
* Pipeline management of ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates.
* Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps.
* Troubleshooting of program-related issues ISVs might face.
* Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions.
* Working in tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations.
Requirements
* Bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced English.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 year(+) IT industry experience.
* Sales skills Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
* Able to accurately document call outcomes and notes.
* Basic understanding of the target industry, and the ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
* Fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems is required.
* Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language.

* Salary: €23,364 gross/year + €4,000 euros gross/year + private medical insurance.
