This is why we are looking for a IT Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert, as part of the Global department and reporting to the IT Global Infrastructure Manager, to join us, working in the Corporate Engineering department for all business lines (Environmental Services, Port Services and Life sciences), giving support to different projects.

The role
1. Drive IT Technology function for operational management, analysis, and troubleshooting of systems (servers) and communications (networks), including planning and capacity results together with vendors and partners.
2. Manage lifecycle planning, architecture, and IT capacity planning.
3. Manage development of IT demand, budget plans and follow up on IT delivery costs.
4. Lead projects with responsibility of project charters, project plans, budget, and delivery on target to achieve the business objectives.
5. Develop and maintain effective work relationships with service partners managing and evaluating outsourcing model.
6. Global-level expert technical support to all countries for Microsoft systems.
7. Develop cross-country policies and IT processes in operational areas, change management, security and business continuity.
Ideal Talent Traits
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
9. ITIL certification would be desirable.
10. 5+ years of IT Service experience in international IT infrastructure.
11. Experience with global enterprise system operations & procedures
12. Good skills in managing ITIL service lifecycle, processes, and change management.
13. Knowledge in generating process documentation.
14. Very good fluency in English both verbal and written.
15. Proven experience in Microsoft environments (M365 and Entra ID)
16. Valuable certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Entra ID.
17. Valuable experience with VOIP
