Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical document experience in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You’ll be responsible of the management of the DDBB relating to Technical Competencies and Training and to support the implementation of the Competencies management in Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS;). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management team, field operations), manage registrations in 6Conecta ( new comers and departures ) and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the workforce access to Customer’s Maintenance Depots/Sites but also managing Technical Competencies in 6Conecta ( records, certificates, etc. )

EHS Administration & Onboarding

- Coordinate employee medical check-up appointments
- Set up EHS onboarding for new employees
- Update the EHS database for role changes
- Manage EHS offboarding by removing departing employees from systems

Contractors & Subcontractors Management

- Register subcontractors in 6conecta
- Track and validate critical contractor supervisor appointments
- Monitor and document contractor evaluations
- Transfer key contractor data into the EHS evaluation matrix

EHS Systems & Documentation

- Manage documentation and access rights in customer EHS platforms
- Maintain EHS manuals and general documentation
- Upload project and EHS documents into 6conecta

Reporting & Compliance Monitoring

- Prepare and report monthly incident statistics
- Prepare and report the monthly environmental diary
- Track IGP performance against annual plans
- Support follow-up and closure of IGP findings
- Track and report site waste data
- Track and report fleet fuel consumption
- Analyze anomaly detection data related to consumption and maintenance

Equipment & PPE Control

- Control and monitor employee PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Control and track safety harnesses as part of PPE compliance

All about you

- FPII in Administration or similar
- Required Knowledge / Experience in Health and Safety fields
- Minimum of 2-year experience within administrative tasks
- Expert user in MS Office
- Knowledge if 6Conecta app or similar will be valuable ( document management tools )
- Knowledge in SAP ERP system will be valuable
- Knowledge of Digital content creation tools will be valuable
- Spanish and English (mandatory)
