About the Role:
As an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle for your customer portfolio, driving growth through prospecting, discovering new opportunities and building long term relationships. Contrary to a key account manager role, your job will be mostly remote using all the available tools such as phone, email, digital meetings and the CRM system.
This role is based in Spain, Terrassa and has hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities :
Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity development to customer loyalty.
Maintain a strong pipeline discipline by accurate forecasting & ratio management.
Engage multiple stakeholders and convert proposals to actual sales.
Conduct win/loss reviews and update account plans accordingly.
Identify internal bottlenecks and suggest process or tool improvements.
Coach peers on discovery quality, objection handling and effective CRM documentation.
Protect price integrity and propose deal structures balancing growth and delivery risks.
Provide clear, data-driven insights during monthly reviews and planning sessions.
Assist customers in making the right choices based on your product knowledge.
