The Role
As Sales Manager, you will drive global revenue growth through strategic channel management and direct sales. This high-impact role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a proven ability to build partnerships, open new markets, and deliver results.
Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with company goals.
* Identify, engage, and manage strategic channel partners to enhance market coverage and growth.
* Lead direct sales efforts in targeted markets, managing the full sales cycle.
* Prospect and develop new business opportunities through channels and direct efforts.
* Provide product and solution training to partners.
* Set and monitor sales targets for partners and regions.
* Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Produce sales forecasts and business plans in collaboration with leadership.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek someone with a proven track record in international sales and business development, capable of building relationships, penetrating new markets, and exceeding targets. You should be a self-starter, strategist, and deal-closer, thriving in a growth environment.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales, preferably in industrial machinery, packaging, automation, or related sectors.
* Experience managing distributors, agents, or VARs across regions.
* Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner development.
* Experience in B2B complex sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to manage and grow direct sales pipelines.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
* Comfort with CRM and sales analytics tools.
* Business acumen regarding margins, pricing, and financial implications.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Willing to travel 50-60% internationally.
* Cultural awareness and experience in diverse markets.
* Background in industrial machinery, automation, or engineering is a plus.
