Position Summary
We are seeking a Manager of EMEA Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our team and drive the success of our outbound BDR efforts. This is a first‐line management role, not a manager‐of‐managers position, making it perfect for a hands‐on leader eager to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a high‐performing outbound BDR team, setting clear goals and benchmarks for success.
Demonstrate player‐coach leadership by modeling best practices in prospecting, cold calling, and account engagement.
Develop, refine, and implement playbooks and strategies that drive consistent results and pipeline growth.
Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to improve BDR skills in communication, prospecting, and closing qualified opportunities.
Actively participate in team activities, from shadowing calls to refining messaging, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Cognism, ZoomInfo, and other martech solutions to track performance, analyze results, and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to align goals, share insights, and optimize the lead‐to‐opportunity process.

Candidate Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience directly leading a BDR team with proven success.
Prior experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within B2B MarTech or Digital Asset Management.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Cognism, Chorus, and BDR workflows.
Exceptional phone, communication, and sales abilities to drive prospecting success.
Player‐coach mentality, inspiring and modeling performance with the team.
Experience designing and refining effective playbooks and prospecting strategies.
Data‐driven approach to analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and implementing improvements.
Proven coaching and mentoring skills; call‐coaching is critical to this role.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Benefits
Target compensation range: GBP/Euro equivalent of $130,000 – $175,000 USD, plus performance incentives. Additional factors considered when making an offer.
