You ensure that technical hiccups don't stand in the way of our performance, addressing issues at the source. Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects across production lines. Optimize Performance: Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical Services to maximize plant reliability and efficiency. Your work will directly improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency ( Take Responsibility ). An Engineer: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar. Analytical: You have a mindset oriented towards problem-solving and data-driven decisions. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and at least a B2 level in English.
