Overview
The Diagnostic Solutions (DS) business unit has an increased emphasis on Pricing and Profitability. This role will engage with workstream leads to assess and model the financial impact of initiatives and provide analytics to support fact-based decision-making. A second focus is leading the analytical process of establishing list prices and price grids for the entire EMEA region. This position requires a strong technical background in analytics or finance, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization and communicate effectively to contribute to the profitable growth of DS EMEA.
Main Responsibilities
- Profitability Analytics & Modelling: Consolidate and analyze data from initiatives aimed at improving profitability; assess and model revenue and profitability impact; provide insights and recommendations based on assessment and modelling.
- Pricing Analytics: Act as a central point for the annual price administration (list prices and price grids); work with the regional team to align on the process and output of list prices and price grids (value-based pricing); liaise with stakeholders to assess, challenge and align on list prices and price grids.
- Tools & Technology: Ensure EMEA pricing tools are updated; provide trainings to the sales and marketing organization on pricing tools.
About You / Qualifications
- Advanced analytical/technical background (finance or business analyst) with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Articulate and able to engage and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Country, Regional teams, etc.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; other European languages are advantageous.

Salary range information: €40,700.00 - €65,150.00 EUR annual. Location: ESP San Agustin del Guadalix; additional locations include Prague, Barcelona, Warsaw, Wroclaw as applicable.
