Position Overview
You will lead sales activities in your customer area to develop profit and sales volumes, creating loyal customers for the brand and the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals.
2. Develop knowledge of customers, opinion leaders, and competitors to increase awareness of Wound MHC products and strengthen the market leader position.
3. Identify business opportunities across all market segments, including Acute care.
4. Establish connections between Acute and Home care to create protocols and increase sales.
5. Support Clinical and Marketing Departments in influencing technical specifications for our Safetac technology in tenders.
6. Identify key decision-makers in regional tenders to generate positive decisions for Wound MHC products.
7. Follow up on regional tenders throughout all procedural steps.
8. Ensure compliance with procedures related to the Integrated Management System.
9. Identify the best business opportunities in each tender.
10. Communicate product offers through various tools such as visits and group presentations.
11. Promote Wound products within hospitals to nurses, doctors, surgeons, and purchasing departments.
12. Create and maintain a high-quality database of Wound Contact Persons.
13. Segment and target customers biannually.
14. Provide market insights for your sales area.
Minimum Requirements
* 2-3 years of sales experience with strong sales skills.
* Product and competitor knowledge (as per Introduction training).
* Good education, negotiation, and planning skills, with a technical approach to selling.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
