As a Sales Digital Campaign Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate. As a member of the Sales Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm, identify and qualify their business needs, propose appropriate solutions, and guide them along the most suitable sales path.
You will work towards individual targets but will also be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. The role primarily involves phone-based interactions with customers via outbound calls.
Requirements
* Native level of German with fluent English.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Some experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
* Strong written and oral business communication skills.
* Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and achieving targets with the broader team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
* Able to work independently but within a team environment.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
* Customer-focused and dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience.
