Human Design Group is an independent group with over 120 employees in France, Spain, and Germany.
Human design Spain is a subsidiary, established in 2021 in Vigo, currently has six consultants working on ergonomics and UX design projects for the automotive industry. Human design Spain is expanding its operations in Madrid.
In the context of the development, we are hiring new people who are motivated to take on new challenges to develop the well-being of operators at work and the performance of industrial systems
Mission / Team
HdG has already a Human and organizational factors team, 20 peoples based in France, dedicated to factories and mastering methodologies and deliverables contents.
As part of our expansion in Spain and to support an industrial client at Albacete. We are looking to strengthen our teams by recruiting a Human and Organizational Factors and Ergonomist consultant (F/M).
Your main role will be to integrate human and organizational factors into the design and assessment of technical and organizational systems in the aerospace factories.
Your tasks:
* Works as part of a multidisciplinary team (engineers, UX, quality, safety, etc.);
* Performs ergonomics / HOF diagnosis including Occupational Risk using EMMA / RULA tool ;
* Performs analysis of activity - workstation - organization (trades, processes, tools);
* Performs future design assessment (digital mannequin, virtual reality sessions,…)
* Formalizes ergonomics and user needs requirements;
* Defines functional specifications;
* Analyses HOF risks and identifies root causes for incidents, accidents, human errors or quality issues;
* Defines action plans;
* Manages creativity workshops;
* Conducts User tests on industrial systems (jig and tool);
* Ensure a good relationship with our customers
* Capability in near future to be a project manager and provide technical supervision.
Pré-requis du poste
Master in Ergonomic, Human Factors /Psychology or related field (e.g., cognitive neuroscience, industrial/organizational psychology, or ergonomics).
At least 3-4 years related experience. Industrial / factories related experience required.
Skills
Must have strong consulting skills, strong presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is essential. French language skills could be a plus.
Recognized for your ability to explain and promote HOF and communicate, your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team, you will be able to make proposals, be autonomous and be convinced of the added value of people in the control of systems.
