We're looking for several 2nd level support Engineers for its general operations in Valencia. They will be responsible for 2nd level support specialized on Microsoft Workplace solutions.
Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and End-User Support services.
Strong quality and service orientation, structured and independent working style.@ Handling and resolving 2nd-level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End-User Support).@ Prompt, accurate, and customer-oriented processing of ServiceNow tickets, including careful documentation of solutions.@ Close collaboration with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations.@ The majority of support activities will be conducted in English.
Spanish: English: German is a strong plus, but not required.
Working from home3-4 days a week (but according to the specific needs that may arise from the perspective of project development, department, clients, and/or partners).
