Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. It offers personalized music playlists, exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams, and artist merchandise across multiple tiers of service. The role is an Industry Relations Manager for the Spanish team, tasked with building and managing relationships with major and independent record labels, artists, and their managers to grow the business and create revenue opportunities for partners.
Responsibilities
Manage critical music industry partnerships
Create and execute streaming business initiatives
Expand artist fan bases
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams (Programming, Retail & Merchandising, Marketing, Social Media, Tech, PR) and integral counterparts
Drive data‑informed strategy and deliver on goals for ongoing projects and evergreen campaigns
Develop revenue opportunities for music industry partners
Establish trusted relationships with external partners and collaborate with local and global stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience in the entertainment industry, including its customs and practices
High‑level negotiation experience and successful internal and external relationship management
Experience overseeing and managing projects and deadlines
Relevant professional experience in the music industry
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference C1/C2 for both languages)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global cross‑functional teams
Experience working in fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
