We are looking for a driven Enrollment Assistant South Asia - Telecaller professional who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience. brYour Key Functions: br-Daily Enrollment Journey Support br-Connect with students parents through calls and meetings br-Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey brApplication Admission Guidance: br-Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues br-Support pre- post-admission requirements br-Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process brRequirements: br-Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations br-Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center br-Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening br-Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices br- English C1 brWhat we offer: br-Freelance contract
