Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement: brChampion Continuous Improvement: You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as Kaizen, 5 S, SMED, and TPM. You don't just know the theory; you make it work on the floor. brHunt for Efficiency: You will use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. You turn numbers into actionable improvements (Create wow). brEmpower the Frontline: You will train and guide operational teams in the adoption of Lean tools. Who you are brWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for industrial optimization. brThe Engineer: You have a Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautic, or similar). brThe Expert: You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lean Facilitator or Lean Consultant. You have been there and done that. brThe Leader: You have strong organization skills, determination, and the ability to influence across different levels of a large global organization. brThe Analyst: You are highly analytical, with the ability to extract, understand, and interpret data to drive change. brProject Manager: You have strong project management skills and strategic thought processes. brLanguage Skills: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2/C1 level).
