We’re looking for a creative, AI-native content creator based in Spain or Portugal to help us scale impactful ADHD content across social media.
You’re comfortable working across a variety of formats, including memes, images, carousels, reels, animations, voiceovers, and infographics. You should have a strong track record of creating viral, engaging social content that grabs attention and sparks conversation.
You’ll play a key role in our growth marketing team, working directly with the VP of Growth. You'll create content for our Instagram page, collaborate with partners like @adhdoers, and participate in exciting new content projects across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
This is a full-time remote role based in Spain or Portugal. Create attention-grabbing, scroll-stopping social content—including memes, carousels, text-on-video, static images, and short-form video reels—for both organic and paid campaigns. Edit and repurpose existing long-form and short-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars, video clips) into platform-optimized social posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Add AI-generated voiceovers to video content as needed, using tools like ElevenLabs or Descript, ensuring high-quality, natural-sounding narration.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and video hooks that capture attention and drive engagement.
ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, CapCut) to ideate, script, design, and produce content more efficiently.
Stay up to date with platform trends, viral formats, and audience behaviors to keep content timely, relevant, and engaging.
Organize and manage a structured asset library, including templates, music files, voiceovers, raw footage, and edited content for efficient reuse and repurposing.
Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining high production quality and attention to detail across multiple content variations.
Strong portfolio of social media content, with proven success on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Skilled in both creative ideation and turning concepts into compelling, polished content.
Fast-paced and highly detail-oriented, able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong growth mindset, with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate rapidly.
Highly self-organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple content projects independently.
Educational background in marketing, digital media, communications, or relevant online learning (e.g. courses in copywriting, editing, or creative tools).
