Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Purpose of PositionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Awin’s DACH advertising, acquisition, PR and events strategy, to drive qualified leads into the Sales function of the business. They will also be responsible for the marketing activity in Eastern Europe and Nordics (secondary regions). This role will have a strong focus on increasing Awin’s brand presence and positioning through multiple marketing channels including communications, paid advertising, content, email, sponsorship, events and social media promotion.As a key member of the Global Marketing team, this role will report to the European Marketing Lead and work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Client Services and global Marketing functions to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing activities.Key TasksSupport regional stakeholders to proactively plan activity, and execute local marketing initiatives in line with business objectiveWork closely with New Business team to research and plan and execute new marketing opportunities across events, content, paid advertising and lead acquisition. Report on performance of activity.Support Global Marketing team to produce and execute global content and marketing campaigns.Plan and deliver paid advertising activity.Manage the relationship with our DACH PR agency, and source relevant speaking and editorial opportunities to promote Awin’s business objectivesWork closely with Global Event Lead to develop the regional event strategy and support with the execution of the events, including external industry events and Awin-hosted client eventsResponsible for planning, writing, editing and translating content that increases the awareness of, and position of, AwinManage regional social media channels while working closely with the global Social Media and Community Manager, to ensure successful planning and execution of local and global campaignsWork closely with the SEO, SEA and Paid social advertising team to plan and execute activity.Work closely with Operations team to manage award entry strategy and process, including coordination of award campaignsWork closely with Digital Marketing to keep stakeholders updated on website engagement, traffic, lead acquisition and opportunities for optimisationWork closely with the CRM team to plan and send regular emails.Skills Expertise4 years' relevant marketing experienceNative German levelVery good written and spoken EnglishProven ability to adapt global strategy to the DACH marketExcellent copywriting skills and an eye for detailIndustry knowledge is a bonusStrong interpersonal skills and confident communicatorConfident with reporting – numbers and insightA proactive attitude to developing and delivering on the marketing strategy is keyRemains calm under pressure and can manage multiple tasksPositive and adaptable approach to problem-solvingYou are a team player, but also work well independentlyOur OfferFlexi-Week and Work-Life Balance : We prioritise your mental health and well-being, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
