The project

As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, within our Operations department, servicing our Wholesale customers and coordinating with Third Parties.

You will follow up the whole order to cash process of B2B & Consigment customers over Europe.

Responsibilities

- Customer Master Data: Initiating and monitoring new customer creations/amendments according to Sales instructions
- Order Management: Raising Sales Orders, ensuring orders are dispatched and received correctly and integrated in SAP
- Returns Management: Ensuring return orders for faulty or commercial reason are raised according to agreed conditions
- Reporting: Supporting with the creation of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance in order to identify trends and deviations
- Claims management: Collecting, investigating and resolving incidences, as the main contact for wholesale customers
