You will be based in Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.

The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice aims to help clients in consumer and B2B environments on marketing and sales topics, focusing on marketing-driven profit growth. You will work with colleagues to help deliver innovative products, experiences, and businesses, on both technology and non-technology topics.
As the Salesforce Delivery Manager, you will propose client-specific solutions based on the SFDC ecosystem and complementary solutions, advise on technical architecture including integrations, governor limits, and object modeling, and leverage McKinsey’s marketing and digital expertise to provide distinctive client services.
You will manage project delivery to high standards, supporting your team and the broader McKinsey and client network. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, share expertise globally, and advance in the Salesforce field.
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant professional experience, acting as a bridge between business and technology CRM in agile environments
* 7+ years of experience implementing Salesforce enterprise applications
* Strong presentation and communication skills with C-Level executives on Cloud and Salesforce architectures
* Experience with project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) in CRM projects
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Cloud, etc.)
* Knowledge of other CRM solutions
* Proven leadership and proficiency in product and domain expertise
* Excellent listening and articulation skills to manage customer expectations under pressure
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels
* Effective communication of complex ideas
