Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.
At Indra Space, we are on a mission to redefine the European space industry by delivering high-performance small satellite solutions for LEO missions. Our ambition? To become a leading company in end-to-end satellite systems, driving innovation in:
* Position, Navigation & Timing (PNT)
* Secure Communications
* Earth Observation & ISR
* Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and Space Traffic Management (STM)
* Science & space exploration
As the Space Business Unit of Indra Group, we combine cutting-edge technology with a full value chain approach—from satellite design and integration to ground segment and operations. With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe’s space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus.
What will you do?
* Perform RF system design, integration, and test activities within AIT campaigns.
* Work hands-on with RF payloads, antennas, waveguides, and RF distribution networks.
* Execute and support RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
* Interpret RF test results and correlate measurements with system-level and link-level analyses.
* Support verification and validation activities for RF subsystems and payloads.
* Analyze satellite communication RF architectures, link budgets, modulation schemes, and end-to-end performance.
* Work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, RF block diagrams, ICDs, and technical documentation.
* Ensure configuration control, traceability, and compliance throughout AIT activities.
* Operate in cleanroom environments (ISO 8, ISO 5), applying contamination control, ESD protection, and grounding practices.
* Ensure adherence to hardware quality and safety procedures and applicable standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support anomaly resolution with a proactive approach.
What are we looking for?
* MSc or equivalent in Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace, Physics, or a related discipline.
* Strong background in RF and microwave technologies.
* Experience in RF system design, integration, and testing activities.
* Hands-on experience with RF hardware such as payloads, antennas, waveguides, and RF distribution systems.
* Solid knowledge of RF measurement techniques and use of RF test equipment.
* Understanding of satellite communications, RF architectures, link budgets, and modulation schemes.
* Ability to read and work with schematics, RF block diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Familiarity with cleanroom environments and associated procedures (ESD, contamination control, grounding).
* Knowledge of applicable standards such as ECSS, IPC A 610, J STD 001, MIL STD 810, and MIL STD 461.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret test results and support validation activities.
* Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
