We are looking for a Jr. Cost Control Specialist to join a major railway project in Dammam, KSA.

Key Requirements
- :Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field
- .Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control on railway or highway projects (mandatory)
- .Solid knowledge of cost control methodologies, financial systems, and reporting
- .Advanced proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6 (for cost integration), and ERP systems
- .Good command of English (mandatory)
- .Spanish language skills are a plus
