In our Viladecavalls office, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician to join the Ficosa team to support the local CI department in delivering the benefits of a Lean Six Sigma and FIT Program to the organization.
* Collect data for analysis in projects, workshops, and other CI activities.
* Lead or facilitate Yellow Belt Projects using Lean Manufacturing and DMAIC methodologies.
* Run FIT Program and CI awareness training sessions for local employees.
* Participate in all tollgate reviews for projects they support or lead directly.
* Understand basic statistics and DMAIC principles.
* Support others with knowledge of basic Lean techniques (5S audits, waste identification, line balancing, etc.).
What we are looking for
* Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in ADE or Engineering Degree
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
* Yellow Belt certification or training would be an additional value
