Global Business Development Manager for Airlines & eTravel

Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute a global business development strategy tailored to the airline sector, ensuring alignment with Worldline's overarching goals.Client Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at airlines, payment partners, and industry stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas.Market Analysis:
Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities within the global airline payments landscape.Deal Closing:
Lead complex negotiations, create winning proposals, and drive revenue by securing long-term partnerships with airline clients.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to deliver value-driven solutions.Who Are We Looking For
Experience:
5-8 years of proven business development experience, preferably in the airline payments or travel-related sectors.Global Perspective:
Strong understanding of global markets with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the Americas.Relationship Builder:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Results-Oriented:
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with airline payment systems, trends, and challenges is a strong advantage.You deliver optimal solutions by evaluating various alternatives and exploring adaptations of policies, procedures, and techniques to meet customer needs effectively.Skills We Can't Do Without
Strong commercial drive and a solid understanding of the Airlines and eTravel market.Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and presentation abilities.A deep interest in team-building and collaboration to achieve shared goals.An ongoing interest in the FinTech space and its applications in travel.You thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.The ability to analyze data, combine it with market insights, and develop and communicate actionable results, ideas, and strategies.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively manage customer relationships.Skills We'd Like to Have
