At Köppen Executive, we are looking for an HSE Manager to join a well-established industrial company with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability.
What will be your mission?
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, fostering a strong safety culture and guaranteeing regulatory compliance across the plant.
Key responsibilities:
* Implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures.
* Conducting risk assessments and defining preventive measures.
* Coordinating contractor and third-party activities.
* Investigating incidents and proposing corrective actions.
* Delivering training and awareness initiatives on health, safety and environmental matters.
* Monitoring compliance with applicable HSE regulations and standards.
What are we looking for?
* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related field.
* Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (covering the three specialisations).
* At least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
* High level of English (assessment will be conducted during the process).
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
* Proactive profile with strong influencing skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
