Your Role
As a Field Project Manager (engaged via a local employment partner), you will play a key role in transforming agricultural systems toward regenerative practices. Working at the intersection of farmers, cooperatives, and agri-food stakeholders, you will drive impactful field programs that restore soil health, enhance biodiversity, and improve farmer livelihoods. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Lead end-to-end field implementation of regenerative agriculture programs, translating farm diagnostics into practical, locally adapted solutions and delivering against clear KPIs.
* Manage multi-stakeholder projects with farmers, cooperatives, and agri-food partners to scale regenerative practices and drive measurable impact.
* Provide hands‐on agronomic expertise (soil health, biodiversity, climate resilience) and turn data into actionable insights for field teams and partners.
* Design and deliver training programs, including "train-the-trainer" approaches, to build capacity across farmers and advisors.
* Support development of monitoring and performance frameworks (e.G., MRV) to track outcomes and continuously improve programs.
* Represent the organization in external engagements, inspiring stakeholders through workshops, events, and partnerships.
Your Profile
Impact-driven agronomist with strong field experience in Spain, combining technical expertise (soil, biodiversity, regenerative practices) with a solid understanding of agricultural value chains. A collaborative and strategic project manager, you engage diverse stakeholders with ease and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. Workings Conditions
* Education: Master in agronomy, land management, horticulture, or related field (preferable)
* Experience: 3 years minimum Language(s): Spanish & English
* Employment: Fixed‐term contract (replacement), part‐time (24 hours per week)
* Other: Driving License required Location: Ideally Madrid (up to 50% of field presence)
