Chief Commercial Officer - SCF HQ & Cluster Lead

Responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial plan across all countries where SCF operates, focusing on the Operational Lease business.
* Manage services throughout the lifecycle of Operational Lease contracts.
* Lead and coordinate strategies at the country level, ensuring alignment with HQ directives.
* Oversee P&L responsibilities for the countries under your purview.
* Define sales strategies, coordinate between HQ and countries, share benchmarks, and establish management teams where needed.
Experience & Education:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Operating Lease, preferably in an international environment.
* University Degree required.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong interpersonal skills, drive, and team motivation.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
