This role requires strong knowledge ofoff-grid solar solutionsand an entrepreneurial mindset.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage key partnerships withvan builders, converters, solar installers, anddistributorsserving mobile professionals (electricians, contractors, field workers, etc.)Identify and capture new business opportunities in the working van / off-grid power marketDesign and execute go-to-market strategies tailored tooff-grid energyuse casesStay updated on market trends andcompetitor offerings(e.G. Victron, EcoFlow, Bluetti)Build and manage a robust pipeline, from lead generation to closing dealsRepresent the company at relevant European trade shows and eventsCollaborate with technical and marketing teams to optimize product-market fitRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience inbusiness development, sales, or partnershipsin the renewable energy oroff-grid power sectorDeep understanding of12V/24V DC systems, solar panels, inverters, and portable energy storageExisting network in thevan conversion / mobile energyecosystem preferredFluent in English; German is a strong advantageStrong ownership mindset — able to work independently, set strategy, and deliver resultsNice to Have:Experience working with or competing against brands likeVictron ,EcoFlow, or similarBackground in RVs, campervans, off-grid cabins, or field-service vehicle solutionsFamiliarity with European regulatory frameworks around solar and mobile energy
