Your mission is to expand SATLANTIS’ client network, build long-term partnerships, and translate technical excellence into business growth. You’ll work under the direction of the bDirector of European Business /b, collaborating with technical teams to align innovation with market opportunities. /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliPrepare beffective proposals and presentations /b for business development opportunities. /liliAnalyse bregional markets /b to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company strategies. /liliParticipate in the bdefinition and implementation of a comprehensive business plan /b to achieve revenue and market footprint targets within the region. /liliBased on a deep understanding of bcustomer missions and requirements /b, work with internal technical teams to co-create new solutions and drive product innovation. /lilibEstablish and maintain long-term client relationships /b across Europe, ensuring all interactions are reflected in the CRM system and aligned with our strategic goals. /li /ul pbr/ppbWhat will set you up for success /b /ppbr/pulliA bmaster’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration /b, or a related field. /lilib2+ years of experience in direct sales or account management /b in Spain and Europe within Remote Sensing, Aerospace, or a related high-tech industry, with a proven record of revenue success. /liliSolid background in bspace activities /b, including experience with bEuropean and Spanish institutional programs /b (ESA, EC, or national agencies). /liliExperience in bdual-use technologies and defence-related programs /b, with an understanding of the regulatory, strategic, institutional ecosystems (MoD, ESA, EC), and market dynamics in bEuropean and Spanish /b contexts. /liliFamiliarity with bgo-to-market strategies /b and execution in bB2B and B2G environments /b, turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. /liliStrong bcommunication and presentation skills /b in English and Spanish; proficiency in bFrench /b will be considered an asset. /liliExcellent bclient-facing and internal communication skills /b, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders. /liliA strong bunderstanding of technology, sales, and marketing /b, enabling you to bridge innovation with business opportunities. /liliExperience in binternational and multidisciplinary environments /b, demonstrating adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration. /liliA mindset of bcritical thinking and problem-solving /b, allowing you to turn challenges into growth opportunities. /li /ul pbr/ppbReady to take your next step into the space industry? /bIf you’re excited by the idea of bdriving commercial growth in the European space market /b, collaborating with passionate experts, and helping SATLANTIS bring advanced optical technologies to new horizons.
