Key Responsibilities: - Coordination, monitoring and support of accounting/finance projects and activities on a global level. - Oversee preparation of, and submission of internal and external financial reports. - Coordinate the development of the organization budget. - Analysis and monitoring financial workflows to ensure best practices. - Provide explanations/solutions to all subsidiary Finance Teams and optimize task procedures. - Preparing and providing documentations and specific templates to internal teams and key stakeholders. - Building close working relationship between Financial departments in all international subsidiaries and parent company in Germany. Requisitos : Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of working experience as a Controller or International Finance Accounting. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or other relevant fields. Solid knowledge in data analysis, SAP, IFRS, MS Excel. Practical experience in tourism industry will be highly valued. Ability to work with international Partners/Colleagues to ensure financial directives are followed. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and coordination skill. Good analytical skills and extremely well-organized. Strong team player. Mobility and flexibility - willing to travel. Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written. German and other languages are a plus.
