Job Summary
Antima Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural and construction projects across its diverse portfolio, including Antima Homes and Forum Marbella. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. This role involves managing all project phases—from design to execution—working closely with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Project management and coordination: Overseeing all phases of design and execution in collaboration with architects, technical architects, and contractors.
* Construction supervision: Managing budgets, timelines, certifications, and contracts to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
* Client relations: Holding regular meetings with clients, legal representatives, and project managers to review progress and quality.
* Coordination with public authorities: Handling license applications and supporting municipal inspections.
* Internal support: Providing guidance to maintenance, legal, accounting, interior design, and marketing departments.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing architecture and construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of budget control, certifications, and contracts.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Presto, TCQ, advanced Excel, and drawing/modeling software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit is highly valued.

Primary location: Antima Group HQ at Forum, Marbella.
