**What to expect?**
Reporting to the Global Talent Director you will play a pivotal role in the mission to fuel transformation and business growth by implementing the global talent strategy to attract, develop and retain our talent.
As a Tradebe talent ambassador, you will bring your talent and fresh perspectives, contributing to create an inspiring, ambitious, and inclusive environment for career development in Tradebe.
**Key Responsabilities**:
- Implement Global Talent acquisition strategy with the aim to build sustainable talent pipelines to support our ambitious business growth.
- Lead International Graduate and Leadership accelerator programs.
- Build links with universities including international relocation and leading mobility efforts across our different countries.
- Implement our employer branding strategy working together with the communications department on producing content.
- Work together with local Talent Acquisition teams to ensure internal talent is mobilized and prioritized for career opportunities.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the talent management and succession planning processes in Success Factors.
- Develop the project to make Tradebe a Learning Organization. Deploy the Tradebe Capabilities framework worldwide leveraging the Learning module in SuccessFactors as the key enabler of our Tradebe Learning Academy.
- Monitor the right implementation of our Leadership Development program and follow-up KPIs, gathering feedback from the countries
- Ensure talent management practices respect and actively promote the company’s commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
**What are we looking for?**:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partner roles, passionate about talent.
- Experience in participating in implementing Global Projects across multiple countries will be a plus.
- Experience with systems, experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be a plus.
- Fluent in English, any other European language would be a plus.
- Ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships with all levels within the organization, from individual contributor levels to executive level in a matrixed integral environment.
- Big picture thinking and practical execution skills to deliver initiatives across the company.
- Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
- Solutions oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced, international organization.
