The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented ICT Applications Business Analyst to join our innovative team. This role offers the chance to work on our in-house software and shape the digital backbone of our organization.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
Key responsibilities:
* Translate business needs into clear requirements —from elicitation and wireframing to solution design and validation—to ensure seamless delivery of user-centric digital platforms.
* Analyze business goals, services, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Evaluate and improve existing systems to align with ICT strategies and future-proof digital assets.
* Use data insights through research to identify trends and inform business priorities.
* Build strong relationships with users, technical teams, and stakeholders to address challenges and co-create solutions.
* Provide guidance on technical issues and help define requirements for new and evolving systems.
* Maintain open communication and trust with stakeholders for reliable decision-making.
Required Skills and Competencies
* Experience leading high-impact enterprise ICT programs or initiatives.
* Knowledge of ICT Digital Services, Data Architectures, and Cloud technologies.
* Understanding of current ICT trends and workplace disruptions.
