About The Role
Playson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial department. As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
* Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfaction
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
* Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
* Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
* Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
* Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
* Proficiency in English. Greek language is strongly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a particular focus on the Greek market
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
* Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
* Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
* Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
