We are seeking financial services professionals to join an international team at the worldsmost successful BPO organization. This role is designed for ambitious individualslooking for exciting career opportunities within one of our most prestigious digital bankingprograms.As part of this team, you will engage with high-level clients of one of Europes leadingdigital banks, offering savings advice and introducing innovative banking products with highreturns.Position OverviewYou will provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat,supporting the Dutch market with information about cutting-edge digital banking products.Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to customers on banking issues such as account opening, passwordrecovery, transfers, and more.Handle back-office tasks, including managing emails and WhatsApp communications.Promote and offer banking products to customers.Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies regarding transparency, product, information (features, risks, etc.), and client protection.Report and monitor any technical or operational anomalies in banking applications.Maintain the quality standards and achieve the sales targets set by the organization.Requirements:
Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or LawProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)Must have an EU ID or Spanish residence cardMust live in MadridDutch:
C1 levelStrong customer orientation, empathy, and active listening skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical and able to acquire new knowledge independentlyCommercial skills with a natural ability to engage and communicate with clientsProblem-solving capabilitiesTeam player with a proactive and results-oriented attitudeAbility to work under pressure while managing and organizing tasks effectivelyAdaptable to new technologies and flexible in dynamic work environmentsExperience:
Previous experience in banking is valuable but not mandatory38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month). Working hours:
