As a Simulation Modeling Codes Engineer you will develop new models and maintain existing models.
You will be located at the Madrid headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes. The role is hybrid (50% in person, 50% work from home).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop new simulation models
- Maintain existing models
- Specifications and validation testing
- Communicate with clients during testing, FAT, SAT
- Integrate models in simulation environments
- Software architecture for simulators
- Connection with Distributed Control Systems (OVATION, PLCs, SIEMENS, MarkVI, Experion)
- Develop communications with API
- Source Code**control (GIT, DevOps)
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- 1+ years of experience in similar role
- English proficiency (French will be valued)
- Basic programming (C++, Fortran)
- Simulation environments (Matlab, Simulink)
- Knowledge of best estimate modeling codes for thermohydraulic processes, neutronics, phenomenology of containment (RELAP, TRACE, TRAC, NESTLE, GOTHIC) will be valued
- Nuclear electrical engineering production processes
- Distributed Control Systems (OVATION, Experion, MarkVI, SPPA-T2000 (Siemens), Honeywell)
