As Business System Manager, you will lead the assessment and enhancement of Order to Cash processes with a focus on SAP S4 HANA and BRIM. You bridge business and IT to ensure standardized, scalable solutions that meet evolving needs. You drive process simplification, transformation programs, and robust system improvements aligned with organizational objectives. You will work in a cross-functional environment to deliver measurable improvements and maintain high-quality documentation and training. This role offers the chance to shape OTC capabilities in a global, fast-paced setting.

• Analyze end-to-end OTC processes to identify system challenges and align improvements with business goals
• Engage stakeholders across BPM, GBS, and business leads to ensure solution alignment
• Partner to standardize and enable scalable SAP-based processes and related platforms

• Lead projects, facilitate workshops, and manage solution documentation and change management

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in business system analysis, process management, and solution enablement with OTC focus
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP S4 HANA; SD and BRIM modules; FICO and cross-module SAP integrations
• Familiarity with platforms outside SAP; Salesforce/middleware knowledge a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Advanced stakeholder management xpzdshu and facilitation skills across senior to junior audiences
• Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities; translate technical concepts for business users
• Project leadership experience in large-scale system deployments or transformation programs
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a global environment
