About the role:
Assist the Controller in the elaboration of the accounting obligations, according to company policies and applicable law to reflect a true image.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assist the Controller during the month-end closings.
* Assist in preparation of financial statements.
* Manage Fixed Assets.
* Help in tax returns preparation.
* Analyze the monthly expense variance versus budget and forecasts.
* Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
* Collaborate with Controller in all ad hoc requirements from Management and in the Monthly Operating Review preparing ad hoc reports about business activity.
What you’ll need:
* General Accounting.
* Organization, accuracy and timeliness.
* Time flexibility required to cover peaks at month-end closing and for ad-hoc tasks.
* Knowledge of Oracle.
* Teamwork spirit, proactive and positive attitude, and quick learner.
* Good knowledge of Excel.
* Fluent English is needed (German or French is a nice to have).
